Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the highest quality of software products, with a
focus on automated and manual testing. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability,
performance, and user satisfaction of our AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and
mobile applications.
● Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify software
defects and ensure optimal performance.
● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand
requirements and provide feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
● Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
and frameworks.
● Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues and track them to resolution using issue
tracking systems.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software quality and
security.
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including both
manual and automated testing.
● Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
● Strong understanding of testing methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC),
and Agile practices.
● Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
● Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with AI-driven applications or machine learning models.
● Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
● ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
