Senior DevOps Engineer

About Fintech Farm

We are a UK fintech company creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnership with local traditional banks.

Our success is built upon a best-in-class product, exceptional customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing, and deep credit decisioning expertise.

One of our founders previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.

We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we quickly established a market-leading position. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and gained solid traction.

We have several new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months and are actively building teams in these regions.

Why Fintech Farm is a Great Place to Work

Our Ambition
We aim to become the leading consumer digital bank brand in every market we enter, making financial interactions seamless and engaging. You have the opportunity to be a part of this exciting journey.

Our Culture

Customers First. We always go above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer experience. We serve our customers the way we would want our own family to be treated. And who says banking has to be boring? Our apps are designed to be not just easy but fun to use.

Empowered People. We operate as business partners, not just employees. Each of us thinks big, takes ownership, and never accepts “No” as a final answer. We collaborate with strong individuals, empowering and trusting them rather than micromanaging. Common sense takes precedence over formal policies. We remain curious, open-minded, and embrace a “We over Me” culture.
