Qualifications and Skills:

1+ years of HR working experience. Previous recruitment background will be helpful
Successful working experience in companies size 50+, international companies and IT sector
Proved examples of building trust and partner-relationships
Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence
Upper-English
Your responsibilities:

Manage HR processes.
Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, provides guidance and/or resolves complex employee relations issues
Participate in performance review meetings and provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
Lead on a specific HR direction across the company, like Training and Development programs, Coaching practices, HR analytics, Employer Branding, etc.
