Position Overview

As a Sales Administrator, you will support our Sales team by providing administrative and operational support throughout the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth communication between the Sales team and customers, preparing documentation, managing client inquiries, and assisting with order processing. You will play an integral role in helping the sales team meet and exceed their targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing client information, creating and maintaining sales documents, and preparing reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with clients and Sales team members.
  • Help prepare presentations, quotations, and proposals for potential clients.
  • Maintain customer databases and track sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Support the team in generating and nurturing leads, setting up appointments, and keeping track of sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as the estimating or logistics teams) to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock for customer orders.
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis to support Sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Monday, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
