Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients, market segments, and partnerships to drive company growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to uncover new opportunities and proactively address challenges.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and finalize deals with prospective and existing clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, outcomes, and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in English (Upper-intermediate or Advanced level).

Working Hours:
As we operate in the US market, working hours for this role in Ukraine are 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
