Partnerships Operation Manager
DRCT is an innovative aviation tech provider since 2016, specializing in NDC aggregation with direct connections to over 40 airlines. We help travel agents offer significantly cheaper ticket prices. Our small, dynamic team of 35 professionals is spread across Europe.
Weβre seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Operation Manager to support our COO in optimizing relationships with airlines, content suppliers, and technical providers. In this role, you'll ensure smooth communication, drive operational efficiency, and focus on lead generation, database management, and industry research to fuel business growth.
What you'll do:
- Assist the COO in managing relationships with airlines, content suppliers, and technical providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Address operational challenges and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and discussions.
- Assist in organizing meetings, calls, and events with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on key project milestones, ensuring timely execution of tasks related to partnerships.
- Conduct lead searches for airlines, content suppliers, and technology providers to initiate potential collaborations.
- Research and maintain an up-to-date database of airlines, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into company tools and workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, product) to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and updates in the airline sector, providing summaries and insights to the team.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in the airline or air ticket sales sector for 2-4 years.
- Written and spoken English level must be no lower than B1-B2.
- Proficiency in GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
- Proficiency in different tools for day-to-day operations (Notion, Zoom, YouTube, Typeform, etc.).
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of BSPlink, IATA.
