Lead SDET with C# Offline

We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automated testing (with slightly lower emphasis on automation experience).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the testing strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Manage and guide the automation process, setting standards and best practices for test automation
• Conduct both manual and automated testing, with a moderate emphasis on automation
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating with development teams and other stakeholders
• Monitor and report on test coverage, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing support and direction in both manual and automated testing techniques

Requirements:

• Experience in leading QA/SDET teams
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of software applications
• Proficiency in automated testing (preferably with C# and SpecFlow)
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in software quality
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency for clear and effective communication in a global team

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in testing of web applications hosted on Windows and Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Experience with MS SQL Server

• Experience with Postman for API testing
