Sales Manager (middle+)

Requirements:
• Upper Intermediate/Advanced spoken and written English.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT sales (outsource/outstaff).
• Understanding of the IT sales process.
• Understanding of the software development process.
• Experience in closing deals and negotiations.
• Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
• Experience in CRM maintaining.
• Experience in communication with development teams, managing presale processes.
• Ability to create commercial offers, negotiating between legal department & finance department & clients.
Will be a plus:
• Experience selling and understanding of Python dev stack.
• Experience with lead generation methods and tools.
Responsibilities:
• Looking for new leads, closing deals, getting new projects.
• Contributing to the company brand (various channels — Upwork, Сlutch, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Making sure our CRM is in a good shape (contacts, deals, tasks).
• Facilitating estimations for potential projects (working with the dev-team), managing presale processes.
• Preparing and presenting commercial proposals.
• Planning sales and reporting as to the plan execution.
