Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retail and fintech industries, coupled with creativity and excellent operational skills. This role requires a proactive professional capable of analyzing market and merchant trends in Ukraine and globally, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand reach. The marketing specialist will work closely with the creative and content teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies while managing budgets, analyzing metrics, and ensuring the success of our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Improve and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- User Acquisition: Develop innovative approaches to reach and attract users to the platform
- Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive platform adoption.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Loyalty Programs and Gamification: Manage tokenized loyalty programs and gamified experiences to improve user engagement and retention.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market and merchant landscapes in Ukraine and globally to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Channel Effectiveness: Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of all communication channels, ensuring continuous optimization.
- SEO and Advertising: Have a strong knowledge about managing SEO processes and target advertising campaigns to maximize traffic and conversions.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
Metrics Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the fintech , start ups and retails industries.
- Strong creative, operational and marketing skills
- Expertise in loyalty programs, gamification strategies, and tokenized experiences.
- Proficiency in SEO, targeted advertising, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian market and global merchant ecosystems is a plus.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big fintech and retail products.
- Knowledge of customer acquisition strategies in the digital space.
