Who We’re Looking For

Someone who can:

  • Reach untapped audiences within the ecosystem and ensure the timely delivery of information to those who’ve missed it so far.
  • Spot growth opportunities we’re overlooking today.
  • Think strategically and identify future market opportunities before anyone else.
  • Build persuasive arguments using facts and data.
  • Navigate challenging conversations with confidence and influence even the toughest stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn, develop, and grow as a professional while driving the company’s growth.
  • Represent Everstake at global conferences (Including the US and the UK – your documents must allow you to do this), deliver captivating speeches from the stage, and be equally effective during workshops, panel discussions, business dinners, and after-parties (we’re all for informal networking that fosters partnerships).
  • Build partnerships that feel more like friendships.
  • Have an existing BizDev or Sales network and adapt it to the company’s needs
  • Truly enjoy conferences, thrive on endless formal and informal networking, and develop the business equally well—with a laptop in hand or a drink

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Build new connections, nurture existing ones, actively communicate and establish networks, identify stakeholders, and uncover opportunities, especially in areas we haven’t yet explored.
  • Client Engagement: Listen to client needs and turn their feedback into opportunities. Explore new niches—we want you to identify the spaces we haven’t yet tapped into.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to identify and validate new opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Work closely with partners through meetings, negotiations, conferences, and informal conversations. Design gift programs, events, or hackathons that make potential partners envy your current ones.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of market trends, read between the lines, and know more than you’re “supposed to” (new projects, ideas, hypotheses, and partnerships—you need to be the first to know).

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development and sales within blockchain-related projects, staking, or Web3.
  • Strong understanding of staking principles and related products.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze the market, conduct research, and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in working with data and analytics.
  • Communication & Community Engagement: Strong negotiation, intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience representing organizations at conferences and hosting your own events.
  • An established BizDev or Sales network with a track record of growing and adapting to new challenges.
  • Having your own contacts or a well-developed BizDev or Sales network that can be utilized for the company’s needs
    Bachelor’s degree.
  • A technical background is a plus.
  • Professional fluency in English.
