Sales Manager (Project MilX) Offline

MilX (https://milx.app/en) is a fintech platform built to help YouTube creators manage their YouTube monetization effortlessly. We’re growing fast and need a Sales Manager to expand our reach and build solid client relationships.

 

Purpose of the position: 

Focusing on sales with one FinTech product of AIR Media-Tech. Launching a new service in new markets and attracting new clients (YouTube creators) to the service.

Requirements:

  • English level from B2 and higher (American English preferred)
  • Strong experience in sales at least 3 years, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or creator economy sectors
  • Willing to be part of fast-growing product and realise project in different markets around the world
  • Research, analytical, and presentation skills
  • High integrity, strong character, and excellent communication skills
  • Able to adapt quickly, passionate about fintech, and understand creator needs
  • Highly organized, proactive, and focused on results
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong relationship-building skills

Preferred:

  • Sales experience in the creator space (YouTubers, influencers)
  • Knowledge of fintech solutions for creators
  • Network or familiarity with the YouTube creator community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and effectively convert leads from outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales cycle, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with YouTube bloggers and creators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach campaigns and adapt marketing messages.
  • Support client onboarding to ensure a smooth start with MilX services.
