QIT Software is looking for a Recruiter to the team for full-time long-term remote position.

Working hours: 3-4 hours overlap with CST timezone

Hiring process: 1 - Pre-screen (up to 30 mins), 2 - Interview with CEO

 


- Experience of 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience: from search to hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment/sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Orientation to the details.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- A result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals.
- English level Upper-intermediate

 


- Collaborate with hiring manager to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals and executive search.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to match them with the appropriate job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring manager.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the candidate evaluation process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
