We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our business and forging strong client relationships.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to active user
  • Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Conduct product demos for potential customers
  • Analyze customer needs and adapt offers to their requirements

     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience 3+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role with managing the full cycle of customer acquisition from lead generation to lead conversion
  • 1-3 years of lead generation experience
  • Experience of working with different domains
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and business strategy foundations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
