We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our business and forging strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to active user
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Conduct product demos for potential customers
Analyze customer needs and adapt offers to their requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience 3+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role with managing the full cycle of customer acquisition from lead generation to lead conversion
- 1-3 years of lead generation experience
- Experience of working with different domains
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business strategy foundations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Upper-Intermediate level of English
