We’re aiming to imprint Ukraine and its talents on a global map of BPO/managed services.     We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us to expand our business.

     
    Responsibilities:
     

    • Research and identify potential leads within target markets
    • Use various methods to generate leads, including email outreach, social media, and networking 
    • Qualify leads through in-depth analysis and initial conversations to assess their needs and interest 
    • Maintain a clean and accurate lead database, tracking key metrics, and updating the CRM system regularly
    • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to achieve business goals
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize lead generation strategies 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Analyze customer needs and adapt offers to their requirements
    • Ability to competently write an individual proposal to potential clients and create sequences for custom correspondence
    • Continuous improvement of skills and optimization of lead generation processes
       

    Requirements:
     

    • Proven 1-3 years of lead generation experience
    • Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) 
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media outreach, and email marketing 
    • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and assess market opportunities 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills
    • A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to the company’s success
    • Fluency in English
