We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us to expand our business.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads within target markets
- Use various methods to generate leads, including email outreach, social media, and networking
- Qualify leads through in-depth analysis and initial conversations to assess their needs and interest
- Maintain a clean and accurate lead database, tracking key metrics, and updating the CRM system regularly
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to achieve business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize lead generation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze customer needs and adapt offers to their requirements
- Ability to competently write an individual proposal to potential clients and create sequences for custom correspondence
- Continuous improvement of skills and optimization of lead generation processes
Requirements:
- Proven 1-3 years of lead generation experience
- Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media outreach, and email marketing
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and assess market opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to the company’s success
- Fluency in English
