We are currently seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us navigate complex challenges related to infrastructure, automation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, reusable, and secure infrastructure solutions using Terraform.
  • Architect and maintain multi-client, multi-environment setups ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development:
  • Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Integrate automated testing and security scanning into the CI/CD workflows.
• Deployment Automation:
  • Automate deployment processes for both cloud-based and on-premise environments.
  • Streamline the deployment of Python applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce security best practices in line with ISO27001, SOC2 Type 2, HIPAA, or similar standards.
  • Ensure all infrastructure and deployment processes adhere to compliance requirements, focusing on auditability and traceability.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.
  • Provide guidance and support on best practices for infrastructure management and automation.
• Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Set up comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and security.
• Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and security protocols.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on DevOps practices and tools.

Key Requirements

• Technical Expertise:
  • Terraform: Extensive experience in writing, organizing, and managing Terraform codebases for complex, multi-client, multi-environment infrastructures.
  • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
  • On-Premise Deployment Automation: Proven experience with automating deployments in on-premise environments, particularly with Windows Server 2019.
  • Programming: Familiarity with Python application deployment workflows and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
• Security and Compliance:
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2 Type 2, HIPAA).
  • Experience implementing least privilege access, network firewall policies, and encrypted state management.
  • Ability to design solutions that ensure compliance, auditability, and traceability.
• Design and Architecture:
  • Ability to design high-level architectures that integrate infrastructure, deployment automation, and security measures.
  • Experience in creating scalable and reusable infrastructure components.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation:
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and innovation in solving complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.
  • Ability to assess and implement new tools and technologies to improve processes.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Testing and Assessment:
  • Willingness to undergo a rigorous testing process, including hands-on test tasks to demonstrate technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
  • Agencies must ensure that designated candidates can pass the testing process.
