Head of Blockchain Department (offline)

We expect from you:
- 3+ years of practical experience in Web and Mobile development (JS, PHP, Java, Python, etc.);
- Work with at least 3 blockchain technologies including Ethereum;
- Experience in Blockchain Architecture design and smart contracts development;
- Experience in leading a team of engineers;
- Practical experience with highload projects and big data;
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices;
- Understanding of the outsourcing business;
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced English.

Duties:
- Be a member of the agile product development team;
- Inspires, mentor, and encouragement to apply intelligently customized industry’s best practices;
- Engage in the day-to-day activities with the development team. Help the team to continuously improve their process;
- Participation in the development of high-level product specifications taking into account system integration and feasibility;
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers of all levels, including technical leads;
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility.
