Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (either with a big outsourcing firm or with a reputable recruiting agency)
- High level of interpersonal, negotiation, sourcing and interviewing skills
- Convenience in initiating first contact with candidate ("cold calling")
- Ability to determine candidate’s tech skills on CV screening stage
- Proven experience in building partnership relationships with candidates
- Ability to manage recruiting assignments as projects
- Very good English skills (spoken and business writing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, result oriented, multitasking
- Strong personality with leadership skills
- Absolute team player – we only achieve our high ambitions through collaboration
Main Tasks
- Develop innovative research strategies to generate recruiting leads
- Active search for candidates through personal network, job sites & online communities
- Daily Linkedin/skype/e-mail communication with potential candidates
- Lead junior researchers, provide guidance and bear responsibility for research activities/generating leads
- Work closely with the recruitment team to determine hiring needs
- Build a good network and database of potential candidates
- Coordination and organization of candidate interviews with hiring and line managers
- Conducting first stage interviews with candidates
- Collect, update and report recruitment data and metrics
