CRM/HubSpot Implementation/Operations Specialist
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM implementation specialist, who will be working with HubSpot operations which maintains daily working routine of the Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Marketing departments. Our company is growing, and also growing the amount of our leads, customers and different kinds of businesses we are working with, so currently we really need a person aboard with a great expertise and deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, including leads management, automated workflows and data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Great expertise in the HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub);
- Previous experience in working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success or Marketing Teams;
- Clear understanding of the leads journey stages and experience with increasing conversion rates;
- Experience with data analytics and reporting, statistics and data management;
- Clearly communicate verbally and written in English;
- Be a good team player and have solid self-organization skills.
“Good to have” Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a SaaS product company;
- Previous experience with 3rd party product web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.);
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Zapier or any similar integrations with HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Work inside the Biz Ops team to cooperate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Support teams on improving HubSpot operations which supports their daily routine;
- Supporting Leads Management throughout CMS and CRM (workflows, forms, lifecycle stages, roles);
- Managing CRM Audiences, so the right users will be used for the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support teams activities;
- Supporting (fix, improve, create) CRM workflow operations for managing properties, emails, sequences, deals, contacts, companies, notifications and other;
- Maintaining and improving properties' data clarity in HubSpot CRM;
- On-demand Reports and Dashboards for tracking performance for the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support teams;
- Test new features and integrations in HubSpot in order to improve daily routines and operations of the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support teams;
- Collaborate with Dev team on improving HubSpot+Platform API integration.
