Client - global SaaS platform is designed for the life sciences industry, enabling users to efficiently create and manage content such as presentations and emails. It offers intuitive self-service capabilities, allowing both global and local teams to produce high-quality, personalized content without relying heavily on external agencies. 
The platform streamlines workflows by integrating with tools like Veeva Vault, facilitating seamless creation, approval, and distribution of content. This integration reduces manual steps, accelerates time-to-market, and ensures compliance with industry standards. 
Supporting omnichannel reach, the platform enables the production of content for various channels, including approved and mass emails, CLM (Closed Loop Marketing), banners, print, and landing pages. This versatility ensures that marketing efforts can be tailored to match diverse audience preferences. 
By emphasizing content reuse and localization, the platform allows for efficient adaptation of global content to local markets. Features such as machine learning-assisted translation and modular content support enhance the ability to repurpose existing materials, promoting consistency and saving resources across different regions. 
Overall, the platform empowers life sciences organizations to produce engaging, compliant, and timely content, aligning with both strategic business objectives and user experience goals.
The role
The Product Manager is part of the product team and focuses on operational excellence, ensuring features are delivered in a timely manner according to detailed specifications and acceptance criteria.
The Product Manager will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other Product Managers, focusing on operational excellence tasks, including production environment delivery, roadmap planning, specification development, UX ideation, daily operations, and coordination with the QA team, ConfigOps, and DevOps.
Key responsibilities
This role focuses on the practical, operational aspects of product development. Key responsibilities include:
1. Sprint and Roadmap Management:
• Oversee product sprints, including product sync meetings.
• Manage release dates, deadlines, and project timelines.
• Detail specifications aligned with roadmap directions.
2. Specifications and Development Support:
• Develop and detail product specifications, including use cases, test scenarios, and delivery criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth implementation.
• Use Figma to create and iterate on UX designs as part of specification development.
• Communicate requirements effectively to QA, development teams, DevOps, and team leads.
3. Customer Interaction and Support:
• Liaise with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and customers to gather feedback and support implementations.
• Provide support to the customer success and support teams for product-related issues.
4. Product Maintenance and Improvements:
• Manage updates, bug fixes, and refactoring sprints for product maintenance.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to propose and implement improvements.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Create, maintain, and hand off product documentation to relevant teams (e.g., ConfigOps).
• Monitor and report on product performance, using insights for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
Essentials:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in software development projects, ideally with enterprise-level solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or Zeplin and basic UX design skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for backlog management and documentation.
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher).
Great-to-haves:
- Experience in highly regulated industries with high-security standards (e.g., OWASP, SOC, ISO).
- Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS using tools such as Aprimo, Bynder, Veeva, Adobe Experience Manager, Acquia DAM
