Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a positive company image in search engine results.
• Manage and respond to reviews on relevant platforms, addressing negative mentions in search results.
• Collect semantic data to effectively monitor reputation.
• Perform manual and automated monitoring of resources to gather feedback.
• Handle both negative and positive online reviews, including responses on forums and blogs.
• Communicate with platform managers to resolve issues and improve visibility.
• Collaborate with external contractors by setting tasks and supervising performance.
• Increase the company’s online presence and improve brand awareness.

• Prepare weekly reports on activities and progress.

   

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in reputation management (SERM/ORM).
• Familiarity with review platforms and social media networks.
• Excellent communication skills to craft personalized, thoughtful responses to customer queries.
• A strong commitment to protecting and enhancing the brand’s reputation through constant monitoring of online feedback.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and basic SEO knowledge.
• Experience in project management and task delegation.

• English proficiency (B1 level or higher).
