Affiliate manager/Advertisers manager

We're expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to take on customer support and account management roles. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support through chats and demo calls, following company policies.
  • Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and databases.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to optimizing workflows to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within the marketing industry.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Upper-Intermediate.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and taking responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Telegram and Google Sheets (advantage).
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00.
