Junior Talent Researcher

Currently, we are seeking a Talent Researcher to join United Tech. This role is perfect for someone starting their career, possibly fresh from courses or with minimal experience, but with a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to grow. If you are proactive, ready to learn, and focused on achieving results, we want to hear from you. Strong English, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the IT industry are must-haves.
In this role, you will
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies
- Find and attract new non-standard resources, as well as use social networks, forums, communities, job sites, etc., and analyze the effectiveness of each channel
- Quickly and efficiently find, analyze, and evaluate candidate profiles for positions of various levels: tech and non-tech, from juniors to top management
- Conduct phone/Google Meet pre-screen interviews with candidates
- Form a database of potential candidates, maintain contact with them, and provide timely feedback
- Perform market research and form conclusions based on data
- Participate in HR branding activities
It is all about you
- Has 6+ months of experience as a Researcher or has completed specialized courses and possesses a clear understanding of the role of a Talent Researcher and the IT market
- Has fluent Ukrainian and an Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Is an active user of professional social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Has excellent research skills and the ability to process and analyze large amounts of information
- Is a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing several vacancies simultaneously (up to 5 vacancies) and effectively closing them
- Is responsible, result-oriented, and excellent at time management and prioritization
- Is interested in the IT market and trends
