Recruiter (non technical)

Requirements:

 

- Proven work experience as a recruiter (experience with a staffing agency is a plus), or HR specialist with recruitment experience;

- Proven experience working with both technical and non-technical vacancies;

- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (such as video interviewing, phone screening, reference checks, etc.);

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Strong decision-making skills;

- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Development, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update job descriptions, job specifications, and employee portraits;

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media;

- Source and recruit candidates using different platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, etc.);

- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications;

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule;

- Arrange interviews with line managers;

- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated and support them during the trial period;

- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HR director;

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;

-Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work;

- HR tasks include preparing SAFTs, NDAs and supplier agreements.

- Pre-screening interview - 20 minutes
