This opportunity for those who want to build from scratch, have ideas, and are willing to work towards results and speak about results using the numbers as we do. 

We just started our sales department, and it is a small and new team. The new member will be the second person.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! We'd love to hear from you if you excel in cold outreach, B2B messaging, and leveraging sales tools to find and engage new prospects.

We sell recruitment and staff management services in the US and Canada. 

We targeted companies with 10-50 people in Consulting and Software development. 

 

Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients in targeted industries

• Reach out to new prospects via email and LinkedIn to drive engagement.
• Social Selling,

• Manage cold outreach campaigns for 5+ email accounts and 2 LinkedIn accounts.

• Develop compelling B2B messaging for outreach campaigns sent via email and LinkedIn.

• Work with various sales and outreach tools like Clay, Lemlist, SN, etc.

• Use alternative platforms and resources to find high-quality leads.

• Join professional communities and networks to generate leads and foster relationships.

• Organize and update lead status in Pipdrive, ensuring smooth pipeline management.
•Participate in preparing the delegation for the events.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and email marketing.

• Proficiency with sales tools such as Clay, Lemlist, SN, and Pipdrive. 

• Strong written communication skills with a focus on creating personalized outreach messages.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

• Experience with CRM software and keeping lead statuses organized and updated.

• Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.

• A self-starter mindset and willingness to explore alternative platforms to find and engage prospects.
