Join our growing Technical Content Team of 13 skilled professionals who specialize in creating high-quality content across various channels, including product documentation, technical articles, and tutorials. Our team plays a key role in supporting dbForge and Connectivity, two rapidly expanding product lines. As a technical writer, you will collaborate with product experts and developers to produce clear and detailed documentation that improves the user experience and helps customers make the most of our solutions. 

Your future challenges:

• Dive deeper into the Docs-as-Code approach 
• Broaden your documentation tech stack with new formats and tools 
• Expand your technical skills across a wide variety of products 

The impact you will make:

• Write, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, release notes, technical manuals, FAQs, and API documentation 
• Prepare new and renew existing product pages 
• Provide detailed descriptions of new product features 
• Implement SEO recommendations 
• Write technical articles for our blog 
• Create press releases for the release of new products or new versions of existing products 
• Validate articles written by third-party authors 
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices in technical writing 
• Develop and maintain internal documentation that standardizes processes, tools, and methodologies 

Skills we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer 
• Advanced level of English 
• Familiarity with stylistic standards for describing software functionality and UI 
• Ability to analyze information from diverse sources and synthesize it into a cohesive narrative 
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Markdown, and XML 
• Experience with documentation software 
• Experience with code editing software 
• Familiarity with version control systems 
• Experience in writing API documentation 

Additional skills we would appreciate:

• Proficiency in additional foreign languages  
• Articulate pronunciation and fluent English speech  
• Basic understanding of SQL  
• Understanding of database theory  
• Knowledge of Jira and a general understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
