Lead Generation Manager

EJAW is a software development and art creation agency that delivers services to game developers, media companies and other organizations alike around the world since 2010.

 

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to work with different platforms (mainly with LinkedIn)

Responsibilities:

  • generation of clients through TOP platforms (Searching for new leads on Upwork, Linkedin, and other channels)
  • quick response and sending of proposals for request published
  • writing outgoing/incoming messages
  • first communication with potential clients (presentation of services)
  • conducting communication and fixing agreements regarding calls and meetings with clients.
  • converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers
  • close cooperation with BizDev and Sales Team.
  • keeping statistics and reporting for each lead.

 

What kind of professional are we looking for:

  • commercial experience (outsourcing and outstaffing) in the role of Lead Generation Manager
  • experience with CRM (preferably Pipedrive, NetHunt)
  • understanding the principles of the LinkedIn website
  • knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers
  • understanding of software development processes
  • confident command of written English 
  • knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ability to communicate with foreign clients
  • ability to write quickly.
