Lead Generation Manager

  • You have 2+ years of experience in B2B IT products and services lead generation (in-house or in agency)
  • You’ve got cases of high conversion from leads to opportunities/calls/demos
  • You are proficient in a wide range of instruments like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, Expandi.io, Instantly.ai, email, etc
  • You have successful experience in lead generation for B2B company on UpWork, Crunchbase and other platforms
  • You are proficient in creating clear and nice outreach communications
  • You can comfortably negotiate with partners and clients with your Upper Intermediate English. 
  • You are a motivated, educated, open-minded, and tolerant individual
  • You propose innovative ideas and successfully implement them
  • You are inspired to share expertise to improve our automation tools for leads management and nurturing, for yours and our portfolio:)

 

Nice-to-have

  • You have your own list of potential clients for B2B IT company
  • You’re well-versed in CRM systems and how they operate
  • You also bring experience in lead generation for international projects 

 

What You'll Work On:

  • Outbound lead generation and qualification. Lead search based on ICP, expand the sales funnel, identifying new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach, including e-mail campaigns, LinkedIn Outreach, other strategies to drive B2B sales growth in the US, European and Asian markets
  • Leads Nurturing. Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to nurture leads effectively, ensuring their progress through the pipeline and convert it to opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment with goals, sharing insights for lead generation, qualification and sales strategies 
  • Use CRM (Creatio) for accurate and up-to-date leads recording, tracking progress, keeping all information well organized.
  • Share expertise to improve our automation tools for leads management and nurturing
