Aftersales Customer Care and Order Handler

Our client — a world-leading manufacturer of cleaning and clearing vehicles is looking for an Aftersales Customer Care and Order Handler.

 

Purpose:

  • Handle customer care registration in Dynamics D365
  • Process incoming order lines pr. E-mail and create quotations and order confirmations 
  • Create a reporting on customer care activities.

     

Experience:

  • Minimum 0–3 years in relevant Customer Care and order handling.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and use of functions in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 

Education and skills:

  • Relevant educational background in the remote customer handling area
  • Preferred some Excel training courses or experience in using Excel during education
  • Handling of large amount data and selling item lists

     

Language and IT skills:

  • High level English in both oral and writing. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Add information about related products that may be interesting for that customer (Filter package) to quotations and sales orders (upselling).
  • Take unsolicited contact to the customers.
  • Add a "Friendly Line" - "Thank you for dealing with us – ”We are looking forward to speak to you again”.
  • Add the event as a note in D365 and description of any feedback on the related products.
  • Book a follow up email message in D365 to ask if the goods was received well and if more is needed.
  • Ask "One of 50" Questions to the customer, not the answer in text in D365 for that customer for Customer insight generation. 50 questions will be given.
