Lead Generation Specialist

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation, utilizing channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, conferences, inbound, etc.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, Hubspot, Bitbrowser, and other lead generation tools (both inbound and outbound), networking apps, and CRMs.
  • Proficiency in working with various business documents such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, NDAs, and Agreements.
  • Experience in IT outsourcing or B2B environments, preferably within technology or services (data engineering, web development, DevOps, data science, AI, etc).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to systematically organize and analyze data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-organized, proactive, positive, responsible, detail-oriented, and initiative-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with leads, clients, and internal teams.
  • Results-driven with confidence in achieving and exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and working under tight deadlines.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Research & Targeting: Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, industries, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach across various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, inbound, conferences, etc.).
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and verify potential leads, nurturing them into qualified prospects that could convert into customers.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect detailed information on leads, conduct thorough research, and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Database Management: Build and segment lead databases, creating personalized messaging and campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning services effectively.
  • Communication with Leads: Regularly engage with leads via messengers, emails, and other communication channels to build rapport, qualify them, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Pipeline & CRM Updates: Submit regular updates on the status of leads, opportunities, and prospects to the sales pipeline and ensure accurate tracking in CRM systems (such as HubSpot, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and qualify new meetings, ensuring the sales team is notified of upcoming appointments and leads are properly followed up.
  • Portfolio Updates: Regularly update the portfolio of leads and ensure accurate documentation of prospects and activities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales manager in the sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from lead qualification to closing.
  • Assisting Sales Projects: Provide support to various sales projects and tasks across the lead generation and sales departments to ensure project deadlines and goals are met.
  • Lead Generation Reporting: Maintain and track lead generation statistics, offering reports and feedback on performance.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work during U.S. business hours, preferably till 10 PM - 1 AM Ukrainian time (full-time, 8 hours per day).
