We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Manager (IT, Sales) to help drive our client outreach and lead identification efforts. Earnings: $500 fixed salary per month + bonuses. With bonuses for meeting the minimum KPI, you are guaranteed to earn from $250 to $750 per month. To earn more, you need to participate in sales, allowing the Sales Manager to share their bonus with you (a common practice). All team members who have worked with us as Sales Managers or Lead Sales Managers started as Lead Generation Managers (IT, Sales).
At the moment, we have 2 openings for the morning/day shift and 2 openings for the evening/night shift. Work schedule:
- Morning/day shift: A semi-flexible schedule. You need to work a total of 8 hours per day within the time frame of 8:00 to 20:00. Since there will be two people per shift, you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate your schedule with your shift partner to ensure maximum coverage during the shift period. The schedule can be discussed with your shift partner and the Sales Manager.
Evening/night shift: You need to work a total of 8 hours per day within the time frame of 20:00 to 8:00. As with the morning/day shift, you’ll coordinate with your shift partner to ensure maximum coverage. The schedule can be discussed with your shift partner and the Sales Manager.
Test assignment

- The Company may, at its sole discretion, not provide applicants with the reason for being rejected and technical details of the test completed.
- Once getting to the 3rd stage of the interview, the candidate will have the opportunity to receive feedback from a technical specialist regarding your test task including technical details.

Working conditions
- Remote format of work
- First month will be a paid Company Bootcamp period ($500/month)
- $500 fixed & bonuses from $250 to $750
- All details of the bonus system will be provided during the interview;
- We work officially (Private Entrepreneur by contract);
- Shifts (you have a choice for now):
- Morning/day 8 hour working day between 8:00 and 20:00 (or)
- Evening/night 8 hour working day between 20:00 and 8:00
- If necessary, additional equipment is provided (second monitor, work laptop);
- Access to our sales books library and courses for further sales skills development.;
- Mentorship from sales manager and other colleagues and career growth to a sales manager role;
- Training in IT technical knowledge (theory);
English classes 2 times a week (two-person group, outside of working hours).
Requirements
- English: at least Upper- Intermediate written, is required;
- 6+ months of experience in IT lead generation;
- Have an understanding of web development technologies;
- Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
- Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist;
- Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets;
- Perseverance, computer power user skills and attention to details;
Other accompanying skills.
Responsibilities
- Search for new leads on different platforms (Linkedin, Upwork, Fiverr and other boards);
- Processing incoming requests from leads;
- Writing unique, non-template offer letters to potential customers;
- Presentation of the company's services and tech stack;
Supporting the Sales Managers in lead qualification and information handoff.
