Middle/Senior iOS/macOS Product Developer to $2500

About Us

We're developing spellar.ai and launching a portfolio of AI-powered applications. We're looking for a product-minded iOS developer to drive the development of our initial portfolio projects (approximately 3 AI-focused apps) and potentially lead future hiring and portfolio growth, or join the core spellar.ai team.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced iOS developer who can lead the full-cycle development of multiple AI-powered applications. The initial focus will be on building and launching ±3 AI-integrated apps, with potential to either grow into a leadership position managing our portfolio expansion or join the core spellar.ai team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end iOS app development from conception to App Store launch

- Implement and manage monetization strategies and analytics systems

- Drive technical decisions and architecture for new applications

- Set up and maintain attribution tracking and performance metrics

- Collaborate with the team on product strategy and feature development

Required Experience

- Experience with Swift and SwiftUI

- 5+ years of iOS development experience

- Proven track record of shipping successful iOS apps to the App Store

- Strong experience with various iOS/macOS frameworks including:
  - Audio frameworks (AVAudioEngine, CoreAudio, AudioToolbox)
  - Experience with audio processing and real-time audio manipulation

  - CoreML and AI integration

  - ARKit

  - AVFoundation and camera implementations

- Demonstrated experience with:

  - Mobile analytics platforms (Firebase/Amplitude/PostHog etc.)

  - Attribution systems (AppsFlyer etc.)

  - In-app purchases and subscription implementation (Adapty/RevenueCat)

  - A/B testing and feature flagging

- Experience working directly with designers and analytics teams

- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD processes

- Knowledge of App Store optimization and release management
 

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of audio processing principles and audio-based features

- Experience implementing voice recording and playback functionality

- Familiarity with audio format conversion and streaming

- Understanding of mobile growth metrics and KPIs

- Previous experience leading development teams

- Strong product mindset and user-centric approach
