Currently, we are searching for a person who is the heart of every company, namely a People Partner, who together with us will build new and improve existing HR processes.
 

Your tasks will include:

  • Organizing the most comfortable onboarding for newcomers;
  • Participation in and implementation of improvements in performance reviews;
  • Structuring and describing the company's People Management processes;
  • Coordination of the L&D direction;
  • Close collaboration with team managers to improve the employee development system;
  • Participation in Employer Branding and HR activities to enhance colleague engagement.

 

What is needed to join us:

  • At least 1 year of HR experience, ideally in IT;
  • Desire and readiness to build our HR processes (from idea to practical implementation);
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets;
  • Ability to work with data, metrics, and dashboards;
  • Responsibility and ownership mindset;
  • Perfectionism, as you love everything to be in its place and without chaos;
  • Ability to work equally productively both independently and in a team;
  • English level not lower than B2.
