We develop cutting-edge fintech solutions to facilitate seamless payment processing for merchants across 150+ countries, spanning Europe to LATAM, the USA to Asia. Currently, we are searching for a person who is the heart of every company, namely a People Partner, who together with us will build new and improve existing HR processes.
Your tasks will include:
- Organizing the most comfortable onboarding for newcomers;
- Participation in and implementation of improvements in performance reviews;
- Structuring and describing the company's People Management processes;
- Coordination of the L&D direction;
- Close collaboration with team managers to improve the employee development system;
- Participation in Employer Branding and HR activities to enhance colleague engagement.
What is needed to join us:
- At least 1 year of HR experience, ideally in IT;
- Desire and readiness to build our HR processes (from idea to practical implementation);
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets;
- Ability to work with data, metrics, and dashboards;
- Responsibility and ownership mindset;
- Perfectionism, as you love everything to be in its place and without chaos;
- Ability to work equally productively both independently and in a team;
- English level not lower than B2.
