We are looking for an experienced Unit Lead to join our team, bridging the gap between our sales and project management teams. Role Overview: The Unit Lead will work as both an account manager and a project coordinator. The primary responsibilities include converting leads interested in our development services, ensuring seamless project execution, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role is critical to managing client expectations, overseeing project delivery, and coordinating with internal development and project management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and convert them into clients seeking our development services.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal project managers and developers to monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure the project is progressing according to plan.
- Contract & Billing Management: Handle contract signing, issue invoices, and track payments in a timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address any client concerns or challenges that arise, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project management, or sales within a development or technology-focused company.
- Strong understanding of project workflows and ability to liaise effectively between sales, development, and project management teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation, invoicing, and billing processes.
