HR Business Partner (Global)
We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team. The mission of the role is to integrate HR initiatives with business strategies, creating a supportive and dynamic workplace culture. Your role will be crucial in driving HR policies that promote employee development, satisfaction, and overall organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive and supportive work environment, and provide expert HR guidance on a variety of employee matters
- Manage the employee lifecycle by participating in key processes such as onboarding, offboarding, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and retention strategies, ensuring smooth and effective integration of specialists into the company
- Address unique and complex HR challenges, working creatively to resolve issues that don’t fit within typical processes
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, maintaining strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and supporting fairness and transparency
- Cultivate positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on HR initiatives
- Analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to enhance employee experience and optimize HR processes
- Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers, ensuring transitions are smooth and aligned with business needs
- Foster the company’s culture and values by building a supportive atmosphere, reinforcing our core values in daily interactions, and implementing strategies that integrate our core principles into the organization
Organize diverse events and activities to promote team collaboration and enhance employee engagement
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
- Proven experience in implementing HR processes and procedures and driving improvements
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions
- Practical experience in HR policy guidance and a solid understanding of HR standards and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues
- Proactive and analytical approach along with empathy and reliability
Upper-Intermediate level of English
