Requirements
Looking for a Lead Full-stack Engineer (FE-focused) to join the team to take care of the current junior-mid-level team members and help the Head of Product Engineering guide them on their career path.
Tech requirements:
- 5+ years of expertise in React and React Native;
- Node.js and Express.js for the backend API work;
Knowledge of cloud engineering: AWS, CI/CD;
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior engineers, with the ability to teach and explain the "why" behind technical decisions.
The client expressed high attention to the desire of the candidate to teach, lead, and mentor current less experienced team members.
Additional requirements
- English: Upper-intermediate+
- Understanding of system design and architecture, with the ability to identify when to refactor or change the existing system.
