The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Lead Generation Specialist to drive our outbound marketing efforts, generate leads, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships.

 

We have already developed successful outbound funnels with a decent conversion rate, and we are looking for someone significantly more competent and experienced than ourselves to take these processes to a completely new level.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and select channels for selling our outsourcing and outstaffing services.
  • Identify market opportunities to generate new business and increase sales.
  • Prepare sales and marketing materials for each niche and technology.
  • Develop outreach funnels, including coordination with IT for necessary automations.
  • Communicate with prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate daily with project management and the development team to resolve issues.
     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales/lead generation, with a focus on outbound strategies.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to craft and refine customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems.
  • Experience in launching targeted campaigns across various digital channels.
