Junior IT Recruiter (offline)
Main responsibilities:
Screen and identify candidates through passive and active sources including postings, social networking, partner companies, internet research and others
Analyse candidate information to determine match between candidates and job openings
Interview candidates to determine personal qualifications and job fit
Check candidates' English communication skills
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Coordinate and conduct recruitment process after getting requirements
Provide known information to candidates about projects they are considered for
Main requirements:
1+ year of IT Recruiting experience (not just Recruiting)
Skilled in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination, including scheduling and conducting meetings
Ability to interact with candidates, co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
Value management's time, provide information in a clear and structured manner
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Pro-activity, ability to work without supervision
Reliable internet connection for comfortable skype voice communication
English communication skills
Working conditions:
100% remote work
