Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with hardware partners and IoT integrators. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through the successful collaboration and integration of ThingsBoard’s solutions with those of our partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a BD/Account/Sales manager;
- Upper intermediate English, both spoken and written;
- Motivated to learn and grow in the business development field with minimal supervision;
- Willing to collaborate with internal teams and partners to achieve common goals;
- Familiarity with basic sales principles and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Manufacturers:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hardware manufacturers to integrate their devices seamlessly with the ThingsBoard platform;
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key hardware manufacturers, fostering collaboration to ensure mutual success;
- Collaborate with hardware manufacturers to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies that enhance ThingsBoard’s ecosystem;
- Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure the smooth integration of hardware products with the ThingsBoard platform;
- Provide manufacturers with the necessary resources, training, and support to facilitate successful integration and ongoing collaboration.
