Senior Perl Developer

Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining Perl code for our high-traffic marketplace. This involves implementing new features, optimizing existing code, and ensuring the reliability and performance of the platform.
• Utilize MySQL for various database tasks, including schema design, query optimization, and data manipulation. Ensure data integrity and security.
• Utilize Git for version control to track, review, and manage code changes effectively. Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive codebase.
• Develop scalable web applications using Mojolicious that can handle increasing user demand. Architect robust solutions that can grow with the business and adapt to evolving requirements.

• Integrate and manage APIs following OpenAPI standards, facilitating seamless communication between different systems and services.

   

Requirements:

• Strong command of Perl programming language, MySQL database management, and Git version control system. Experience with other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Capable of independently solving tasks within deadlines, possessing strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Commitment to writing clean, structured code that is easy to understand, maintain, and extend.
