HR People Partner
People are OBRIO's greatest value, so we are looking for a People Partner to join our team. As such, your primary goal will be to create exciting opportunities that support employee growth and enhance corporate culture while meeting business objectives. In your future HR team you will interact closely with Mariia - Head of HR and Diana- HR Business Partner.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Initiate and execute innovative HR projects, discover new practices that add value and deliver effective, business-oriented solutions.
- Analyse L&D requests from the team to identify skill gaps, create development programs, and support career growth.
- Ensure HR procedures and policies are followed by employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Assess employee satisfaction and engagement on an ongoing basis.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to plan internal and external events.
- Сollaborate with the HR team to manage operational tasks, ensuring efficient HR processes and effective solutions to any issues.
About you:
- 2+ years of proven experience in HR management or at least 1 year in a IT company in a similar position.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes in product IT companies.
- Experience in building and improving HR processes and managing HR tools.
- Deep knowledge in conducting one-on-one meetings with a strong grasp of techniques for assessing motivation and employee engagement.
- Your English level is Intermediate+;
- Experience in administering HR surveys, analyzing results, and enhancing processes accordingly.
- Experience in the implementation of HR initiatives with successful cases.
- Steady focus on personal growth through education and skill development.
