IT Recruiter (offline)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with technical recruiting (IT positions);
- Understanding of full lifecycle recruitment;
- Experience in pre-screening, interviewing and interview feedback drawing up;
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
- Great attention to details;
- Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Friendly and energetic personality;
- Team player

Responsibilities:
- Creating of job descriptions, vacancy posting;
- Full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals (searching, pre-screening, pre-interviewing, feedbacks);
- Developing and maintaining Candidates’ database;
- Organization non-technical and support technical interviews;
- IT-Market analysis;
- Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team
- Putting together an employment offer
- Guiding the salary negotiations
- Conducting a background check
