  • Analyze data, track performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide feedback to other departments based on customer insights.
💼 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong English writing skills (B2+).
  • Experience in customer support management is a plus.
  • Problem-solving, data analysis, and process optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with support tools and CRM systems.
