Lead Generation Manager

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or other relevant sales roles
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager
  • Expertise in working with LinkedIn, Upwork, AngelList, TechCrunch, Xing, etc.
  • Experience maintaining databases (HubSpot) and working with tools such as Lemlist, LinkedHelper, SalesQL, Phantombuster, etc.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Presentations
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B outreach messages for different channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email)
  • Manage cold email and LinkedIn campaigns using automation tools
  • Gather potential prospects and their contact details through lead-generation tools
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through both digital outreach and phone calls
  • Conduct initial qualification calls with prospects to assess fit and interest
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop new strategies
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects for current and future clients
