CRO Specialist with Adobe Target

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CRO Specialist with Adobe Target expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Adobe Target capabilities while ensuring seamless integrations and high-quality user experiences. If you are passionate about conversion rate optimization and personalization and have strong technical skills in Adobe Target, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and configure Adobe Target across projects to utilize all available features
• Ensure code quality, including unit testing, accessibility, performance optimization, and conducting code review
• Actively contribute to Agile workstreams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and task estimation
• Represent the front-end team in client-facing discussions, providing technical expertise and insights
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to gather specifications and deliver refined solutions
• Support both new and existing platform integrations to enhance personalization capabilities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Adobe Target, including setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Adobe Target APIs, mass reporting, and administration of tools and user accounts
• Expertise in setting up Adobe Target A/B tests, recommendations, and Target-AEM integration with Experience Fragments frameworks
• Strong ability to write and manage profile scripts for optimized personalization
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Optional (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products
• Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of SEO best practices in the context of Adobe Target implementations
