Junior HR Specialist

As a Junior HR Specialist, your role will include monitoring team performance, gathering and acting on feedback, and providing ongoing support for both professional development and personal well-being. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team, and organizing team-building activities to strengthen connections.

 

In addition, you’ll help maintain a positive workplace culture by coordinating employee engagement initiatives, recognizing achievements, and promoting a cozy, collaborative atmosphere.

 

Your team: 

Techstack is looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our friendly team. We are expanding our HR department and seeking a dedicated Junior HR Specialist who aligns with our mission, values, and philosophy and who can contribute to the development of our HR practices.

You will join an active and open-minded team, which includes such directions as Talent Acquisition, HR motivation and Communication.

Your responsibilities:

Advocate the company culture.

Conduct the 1-on-1 meetings with team members.

Provide support to members upon request if they encounter difficulties in their work.

Assist members in finding opportunities for their professional development.

Keep people management-related documentation updated in a timely manner.

Onboard and support new members from the moment they accept the offer.

Participation in processes to celebrate members' significant events (professional anniversaries, birthdays, etc). 

Participate in well-being initiatives, including planning and organizing online events.

 

It's about you:

Have a half year of experience on a similar position in IT Company.

Have an understanding of the IT market.

Have psychological education.

Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills and strong research and analytical skills.

Pay attention to details and follow deadlines.

Have a great desire to work with people.

Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy.

Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
