Lead Generation specialist

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Lead Generation specialist  to work closely with our CEO. Your role will be crucial in expanding our AI startup, marking a new chapter in our business development.

REQUIREMENTS

​— Minimum 3 years of experience in outreach via LinkedIn and email;

​— Minimum 3 years of experience in a IT product company, B2B sales;

— Experience with lead generation tools to automate outreach and lead search processes;

— The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better;

— The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals;

— Are naturally curious and passionate;

— The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.

— Excellent communication and written English skills (upper-intermediate or higher level of proficiency in English);

RESPONSIBILITIES

—Identify and acquire new B2B clients through personalized and bulk outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms, negotiating and scheduling meetings with sales executives; 

—Develop and implement strategies to engage and nurture leads, guiding them through the sales funnel;

—Prepare, organize, and deliver sales materials;

—Conduct initial presentations and pitches of products to potential clients (first-touch);

—Schedule and participate in meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce MetaMinder's solutions;

—Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Support, Compliance, and Operations teams to support product improvements and identify new business opportunities;

—Utilize CRM tools (Pipedrive) to manage client relationships;

—Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Team Lead/Head of Department.

—Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs.
