Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies: 

 
Professional skills: 

  • Experience in technical writing 2+ years. 
  • Experience in customer support. 
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 
  • Good knowledge of tools (MS Word, Excel, XML, Jira). 
  • Technical document creation and maintenance. 
  • Expert level specialist with Microsoft Word. 
  • Clear understanding of compliance and validation documentation requirements. 

 

General skills: 

  • Advanced level of English (reading/writing). 
  • Quick understanding and learning abilities. 
  • Ability to work on several tasks in parallel. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Plan, create, and modify technical documents, including user specifications, internal SOPs, manuals and maintain the FAQ knowledge. 
  • Analyse information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation, reports. 
  • Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team. 
  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed. 
  • Consult software and technology subject matter experts to review, modify, and revise complex documentation for all levels of product knowledge. 
  • Assess and evaluate the employee needs and level of knowledge relevant to technical documentation. 
  • Collaborate with managers and functional team members to study instructions and processes and make instructions easier to comprehend. 
  • Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, graphs, and infographics for enhanced user experience. 
  • Maintain information required for functional and operational teams reference (e.g. user lists) as required. 
  • Maintain documentation storage structure as per set standard.
