Lead Generation Team Leader (offline)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Generation Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of five Lead Generation Managers, guiding and supporting them in identifying and connecting with potential clients interested in hiring Ukrainian tech professionals for remote positions. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our network, driving team performance, and creating more job opportunities for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of five Lead Generation Managers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
Client Prospecting: Support the team in identifying and researching companies in Europe and the USA that may benefit from hiring Ukrainian tech talent.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation processes and overall team performance.
Outreach and Engagement: Assist the team in initiating contact with potential clients through email, social media, and other channels, introducing them to our platform and services.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and effectively communicating how FNDIT can assist them.
Lead Qualification: Ensure leads are properly evaluated to align with our services and have the potential to hire our candidates.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the team’s pipeline, ensuring that records of leads, interactions, and follow-up actions are organized and up-to-date.
Performance Metrics: Set and monitor team targets, striving to meet or exceed goals for lead generation and client acquisition.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, particularly in the tech or recruitment sectors, with prior leadership or team management experience.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team, driving collective success.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients and team members alike.
Analytical Abilities: Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads and improve team processes.
Self-Motivated: A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. You will earn a competitive commission for each client you secure and an additional percentage for clients secured by the team members you manage.
