Business Analyst (BA) (offline)

As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring software aligns with requirements.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements

- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project requirements

- Advocate for stakeholders' needs and priorities

- Work closely with developers, QA team, and other BA to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- At least intermediate written and spoken English
- Proficiency in business requirements elicitation and documenting
- Ability to break down large and complex tasks into simple and easy ones, build the correct connections between them, and the ability to describe the algorithm for developers
- Ability to model and prototype interfaces in Figma or others
- Experience in integrating with third-party systems (API, files exchange)
- Experience using Jira, Trello, browser Developer tools, Figma, Postman, Slack, any raster graphic editor
- High level of mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Confident understanding of various file formats (CSV, JSON, XML)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Ability to model processes and data on UML diagrams
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities
