As a Lead Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that generate high-quality leads, ultimately contributing to our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive awareness, interest, and engagement among potential clients across our target industries.
- Lead Qualification: Identify, qualify, and engage with potential leads, ensuring they meet Yakisno’s ideal client profile.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to generate and nurture leads.
- CRM Management: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze lead generation activities, providing regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with founders to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and ensure seamless handoff of leads to the sales team.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT services or technology sector.
- Skills: Proficient in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and lead generation software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
